Episode 46: Short Week

Max's Hoodie, Wonderfull Wallaby by Carol Anderson using Paton's Shetland Chunky on US 8 / 5.00 mm.
Stripe socks using Wendy Johnson's Toe Up with a Difference in Gypsy Girl Creations, Transistions in Violet Bouquet.  Sheila has mostly been working on the Urban Necessity Mitts by Colleen Michele on US 5 / 3.75 and US 6 / 4.m in various wool.

Wendy Lisianthus by Rosemary Hill US 3 / 3.25 mm and US 4 / 3.5mm in Ivy Brambles Romantica in the Night Sky colorway.  She is also working on Spectra by Stephen West on US 5 / 3.75 mm in Madelin Tosh Sock in Midnight Rendevous and Crystal Palace Mini MOchi Color 304 (green through purple.)  She is also designing a sock pattern to be released soon. Crestview by Cecily Glowik MacDonald using Classic Elite Duchess bulky yarn.

Sheila has a finished pair of mitts.
Wendy has nothing finished.

Whrilwind Romance:
Spunky Eclectic 100% Targhee in the REd Rover Colorway, 20 oz completed. 

Future Dates:
Wendy is working on a shawl using some of her handspun.
Sheila is hoping to finish someof her projects and maybe start a felted bag with some of her wool scraps.

Crushes and Heartbreaks:
Wendy's crush has been her Crestview, more knitter error than anything.
Sheila has her tooth yet again, and her coworkers.

Baubles and Bling:
Wendy received a lovely bab from Lois of KnittingsMyBag.
Sheila has nothing.

Gossip and Innuendo:
We will be working on a sock darning tutorial and post hopefully next week.

Sheila, I'm so sorry to hear about your tooth. I am glad, however, that you have an appointment tomorrow and you will feel better soon.

Wendy, thanks for the advice at the end of the episode. Like you, I am a homebody. It's hard for me to leave the house. We moved to the northeast from the northwest almost 5 years ago and i am still finding it hard to get out to meet new people. I'll have to work on it.

As with folksmith, Sheila, I hope the tooth has been fixed. Agree with Wendy that tooth pain is a bad one. The mitts are looking good.
Wendy, the shawl design sounds very interesting, and I am eager to see the gift from Lois.
Sheila, I understand your frustration with Kim. Definitely need a talking session.
