Spa Knit and Spin Retreat in Freeport, Maine, February 1-3 by the New England Textile Arts Network. Wendy (and possibly Sheila) will be there with some friends to check out the marketplace on 2/2 (Saturday). North Shore Yarn Crawl 2013 March 14-17 at various yarn stores on the North Shore of Massachusetts. We probably won’t attend, but it is a fun day of yarn shopping with store event discounts and lots of chances to win drawing prizes.

Hi Wendy, you mentioned a "simple cast on" for the shipwreck shawl. Would you link or tell me where to find information on it. I have so much trouble with this and would love an easier way to start my circular projects. Thanks.
